A Heart Health Awareness Event in Collaboration with the Czech Rehabilitation Hospital
As part of its commitment to the health of its students and the university community, Al Ain University organized an awareness event on heart health and the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, in collaboration with the Czech Rehabilitation Hospital. The event was attended by Prof. Ibtehal Abu Rezeq, Vice President of Development and Follow-up, and the Dean of Student Affairs, as well as several faculty members, administrators, department heads, and students.
The event featured free medical checkups, including blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and body mass index (BMI), as well as free consultations and health advice provided by a public health doctor and a nutritionist, aiming to promote awareness of the importance of heart health and disease prevention.
The event also included the distribution of gifts to participating students, in a positive and engaging atmosphere that reflects the university’s commitment to its community role in promoting a culture of health and prevention.
