Al Ain University offers 16 technically labs with total cost of 15 Million Dirhams
Al Ain University is preparing to receive the new academic year 2016/2017 in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi with 16 technically and artistically prepared laboratories for the College of Pharmacy and the College of Engineering and Information Technology, where the total cost to equip the laboratories requirements is more than 15 million Dirhams.
For his part, Dr. Noor El Deen Atatreh –AAU Chancellor, said that Al Ain University is paying attention to the College of Engineering and Information Technology and the College of Pharmacy, by having an academic staff that is highly efficient, in addition to providing all forms of support and quality assurance, which makes Al Ain University one of the best universities in UAE.
On the other hand, Prof. Ghaleb Al Refae –AAU President, explained that the leader educational institutions today rely on the educational resources which are offered by the information technology so the students can interact dynamically with the information and the sources of e-learning systems, from this point Al Ain University provided 16 technically labs equipped with the latest computer technologies and according to the latest standards, where it is divided into labs for the College of Pharmacy, general network labs of the faculty of Engineering and information Technology, as well as the exam laboratories and laboratories for general use.
This comes within the framework of the keenness of Al Ain University and all the workers to provide an excellent, scientific and creative environment in both theoretical and practical fields and to be the forerunner in developing the educational process and in keeping pace with educational development.
The building also contains more than 50 classrooms, multi-purpose hall with an area up to 400 square meters, the library, which amount to a total area of 1,200 square meters, in addition to the latest educational and entertaining facilities for students, administration and faculty, which will be the source of inspiration for scientific research and various activities, such as interacting with the community, and an improvement in learning and teaching performances of faculty members and the student audience.
